Medical Evaluations
SAFETY ACTIVITY: Complete online evaluation at respexam.com. Every employee of this company who must wear a respirator will be provided with a medical evaluation before they are allowed to use the respirator. We will use respexam.com as our medical evaluator. You must have a medical evaluation at least bi-yearly.
SUPERVISORS: Check that all employees have a current medical evaluation.
REFERENCE: WAC 296-842-15005
FREQUENCY: Bi-yearly exam per provider.
